Dwyane Wade and LeBron James are both professional basketball players who have played on the same team twice: with the Miami Heat from 2010-2014 and again briefly with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2018.
Dwyane Wade was born on January 17, 1982 in Chicago, Illinois. He played college basketball at Marquette University before being selected fifth overall in the 2003 NBA draft by the Miami Heat. Wade played for the Heat for 13 seasons, earning three NBA championships, and earning NBA Finals MVP honors in 2006. He was named an NBA All-Star 13 times during his career and retired at the end of the 2018-2019 season.
LeBron James was born on December 30, 1984 in Akron, Ohio. He was a high school basketball sensation and went straight to the NBA after graduating. He was selected first overall in the 2003 NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers, but later joined the Miami Heat in 2010 as a free agent. James won two NBA championships with the Heat and then returned to the Cavaliers in 2014, winning another championship in 2016. He currently plays for the Los Angeles Lakers and has earned four NBA championships, four NBA MVP awards, and has been named an NBA All-Star 17 times.
